On October 29, the 2017 China 4A Golden Seal Awards ceremony was held at the W Hotel in Shanghai. There were more than one thousand entries in this year's Golden Seal Awards. In the creative category, a total of 587 entries were submitted, and there were 173 finalist entries, among which, 9 entries won Gold Awards, 8 entries won Silver Awards, and 44 entries won Bronze Awards. In the marketing category, a total of 522 entries were submitted, and there were 134 finalist entries, among which, 5 entries won Gold Awards, 16 entries won Silver Awards, and 38 entries won Bronze Awards. As the juries adhered to a strict standard that strives for perfection, there were no Grand Prix awards selected in these two categories. Beijing Dentsu won 1 Silver Award, 4 Bronze Awards, 2 Annual Awards and 3 Finalist Awards, which is a good performance.
Beijing Dentsu's work "Air Pollution Discount", created for Kobayashi Pharmaceutical Company, won a Silver Award in the online interaction category. The Panasonic Shaver LAMDASH Kiss Lesson won 2 Bronze Awards in the brand entertainment/on line interaction category. Walk For Love won a Bronze Award in the Charity Category, and FUJIFILM's Picture Book without Pictures won the Special Craft category Bronze Award.
With its contribution to China 4A, Beijing Dentsu once again won the Outstanding Contributions Agency of the Year. In addition, in recognition of the Beijing Dentsu PR team's full support of the activities held by China 4A, the team's representatives Zhang Mu and Wu Zheng won the China 4A Contribution Person of the Year.
